High-performance and ICF homes demand early structural and systems coordination. We lead the integration of engineering and permitting strategy, coordinating with licensed professionals as required by jurisdiction to prepare permit-ready construction documents.
In most states, a licensed architect is not required for single-family homes. Where required, we coordinate architectural services to ensure compliance without compromising design intent.
