With 19 years in construction leadership—including roles with Skanska USA Building and DPR Construction—David has managed hospital expansions, surgical suites, NICUs, biotech facilities, commercial projects, and luxury custom homes. He has delivered projects exceeding $200M, balancing technical complexity with schedule and budget discipline.

David’s Designer-Led Design-Build model gives clients and investors a single point of contact from concept to completion—while subcontracting all construction to licensed General Contractors. This ensures quality control, seamless communication, and GC-held construction risk.
